About This Property
This unit is available for in person tours. Current photos and video walkthrough are located on the Guardian Property Management website. We are looking for a 16-24 month lease to start. Coming into the home from the front entryway way you will step into the living room and kitchen area. The kitchen has a new dishwasher. The exit to the back yard and a 3/4 bath are also located off the kitchen. The primary bedroom has its own bathroom including shower and tub. The second bedroom is on the opposite side of the living room. The office space is the same size as the second bedroom and located just off the primary bedroom. The basement is unfinished and has a very large room for storage as well as the washer/dryer. The home has a forced air furnace and central air. The garage is one car and is manual. The back yard has room for gardening if desired. While living here you will be responsible for lawn and snow care. All utilities gas, electric, and w/s/t will also be your responsability. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit history (Guardian Property Management will not use credit score but will be using information from your credit report), rental/work history and includes a criminal background check. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month.
