From the kitchen and home office, you'll step out the back door to be greeted by a hand-painted tropical mural that surrounds the swimming pool to cool down under the Florida sun and patio area for lounging by the pool and tropical foliage. The backyard also features a cozy seating area equipped with gas fire pit for evening relaxation under the stars. The interior of the home is fully updated with wood/tile floors throughout, granite countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances and indoor front-loading washer and dryer. For comfort and ambiance, lighting in most rooms is dimmable and all bedrooms + the living room are equipped with ceiling fans. For hot Florida months, the home features powerful central AC in addition to a supplemental split-unit AC in the master bedroom. In addition to all utilities including high speed internet (and an apple TV) being included, there is also a weekly pool service and bi-weekly cleaning service included in the rent.
