The area has a neighborhood feel and a unique history visible - the neighbors themselves are friendly, with many young couples and lots of dogs (the nearby Fuller Dog Park is a great attraction I am sure). Geographically the location is ideal - besides easy access to the city, if the mountains are calling, getting on to I-70 is no problem just a few minutes to the north. The house itself is charming, comfortable, and roomy. The high ceilings lend it spaciousness, and the original touches give it historical charm. The solid brick construction is sturdy and keeps things quiet - we've never heard the neighbors through the walls.
