The fully equipped kitchen offers a generous size island, ample counter space, all major appliances, and essential cookware. The open-concept dining room features a large farm table with seating for eight, and the second living area includes two chairs and a futon for extra sleeping space. Off the dining space are the laundry room and half bathroom. The home has four bedrooms: one downstairs with a queen bed, and three upstairs. The first upstairs bedroom has two full beds, the second has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom and SmartTV, and the third has two full-size beds. The second full bathroom is also upstairs with a shower/tub combination. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. The home is pet-friendly, with a non-refundable pet fee required for all pets.
