The longer I live here, the less care I see being taken care of the building. The hallways are dirty and smelly and all of the exterior doors are very loud which affect residents especially on Friday and Saturday nights when people are partying and constantly going in and out. One morning I woke up to a spilled beer in the elevator and a jack daniels bottle on the floor. People cram their trash in the trash shoot so it blocks the doors open and the entire hall way smells of trash. They have to access my apartment once a week for some excuse of a reason. There was plastic and torn up paper stuck to the floors for a month and I felt embarrassed to have any guests in my home. I am slowly disliking living here every day.

Regarding the trash chutes, we will be addressing this with residents as trash needs to be disposed of at the bins when trash is out for pickup, this is the cause for any backed up trash on occasion. I've been living at Bell Overlake Apartment 2 monthes, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to make this my home. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the community's welcoming atmosphere and the high standard of living offered here.
Everything is great except one of the elevators, which is not working. The building is clean and very quiet. The gym is very good. The lobby is a safe, nice place to hang out. Study rooms are good, I wish we had more of them.

Excellent support from Milke and Bell Overlake team to make move-in experience smooth and hassle free. We found the apartment in perfectly hospitable condition, all the appliances are working and usable. Our mailbox and access code were already set up. Make sure to find and book an internet provider beforehand, cell reception is not the best.

We absolutely love our new apartment! The spacious floor plan is fantastic, and there's so much natural light throughout. The move-in process itself was a breeze thanks to Mike, our leasing agent. He was incredibly helpful and always responsive to our questions. He even made sure everything was in perfect order before we moved in. We're already taking advantage of the rooftop & Mountain View room, and everyone in the building seems very friendly. We highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I love our apartment. It feels so much bigger than it is. I think my favorite thing is the view and the ping pong table in the courtyard. We love it here.

I like the apartment, its clean and maintained. Staff are helpful as well. Welcome package while moving in was a great touch. The auto closing doors with no stoppers are the only thing which I did not like while moving in because it made moving things 4 times difficult.

Great place to stay at and the management is super responsive as well. Issues are fixed within a 48 hour period typically. Would recommend living here especially if you work close by.
I really like it here. The staff at the leasing office are very enthusiastic and responsive when it comes to addressing any questions or concerns. The maintenance personnel are also very courteous. Overall, it has been a great experience, and I would recommend it to friends who are looking to rent an apartment.
This place is absolutely wonderful. It’s in a good location next to Microsoft we’re I am able to walk to work and the apartment is also nice a very quiet you’ll never hear your neighbors. Also if you have a pet it’s super pet friendly and pebbles absolutely loves the open floor plan to be able to run around.
Its been great so far in Bell Overlake Apartments. Close to most of the grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacy. Bus stops are just around the corner helps in commuting.

Trevor and John are amazing! Always helpful, cheerful and genuinely care about the residents. Will miss them most of all The apartments are new, can be a bit chilly in winter but if u crank up the heating plenty it will be just fine. Cell service is very spotty in the building, guess apartments facing out might be better(?)
Well maintained apartments, service is pretty quick. Apartments layout is spacious. Only concern sometimes is that the trash fills up and you should wait for a week to get it working in order. In summary, I would recommend it.

Bell over lake is a great place. The staff are friendly, the building is clean and there's minimal nose. It's close to the highway entrance and a 15min walk to various stores like Fred Myer. My only issue with my studio is the cabinet space. There's no good storage for pots and pans. I also wish that the studio had more lights. There's only lights in the kitchen area but none in the open space. I feel like I have to buy so many additional things to be truly comfortable in the studio.
Scheduled a tour of the faculty which was confirmed by email with instructions for the day of the tour. Arrived and followed instructions to only have them hang up 4 times on the outside call box. No one came to the door either. I ended up leaving. If this is how you run tours. It reflects on how you run your property. If you want to waste your time, then this is your type of place

staff and management are wonderful and helpful, maintenance team is professional and fast to get work done on demand, amenities are of high quality, community is diverse and friendly, there is organization of some internal events for residents, where they meet each other and exchange friendly conversations, with some games.

Honestly this is probably the best apartment I’ve rented. The appliances are great and I love how dog friendly it is with places to walk and take my dog the bathroom with no problem.

Stay away from apartments that use Fetch! For better understanding of Fetch, check out their BBB complaints & reviews, google map reviews, and Glassdoor. You’ll be extremely lucky if you could get your packages 2 days later after they’re delivered. The fact that the management decided to sign contract with them shows they don’t care about their residents at all.

Bell Overlake is a great community if you have deep pockets. The leasing and maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive, the amenities are nice, and the apartments are new. My neighbors have two small children and I hear nothing inside my apartment. The walls are pretty soundproof which is really nice and almost impossible to find in an apartment complex. Overall great place to live.

Luxury living at its finest. This is a 5 star facility in a quiet neighborhood. Friendly leasing office staff, glamorous homes and nice infrastructure overall. I feel secure knowing that random courier companies arent allowed to enter the building.

We've moved in for less than 2 months, and we plan to pay ~7k to buy out the lease and find another place. The apartment is not soundproofing at all. The building is poorly built. I was told it is a concrete building and soundproofing, and that's one of the reasons we signed the lease. It turns out to be a false advertisement. We've lived in several buildings in the area (Seattle/Bellevue/Redmond), and no building is this bad in terms of noise. We can hear our upstair neighbors walking, and we can hear our next door neighbor talking loud through the hallway. We can also hear all kinds of sounds from the upstairs (even something like closing a door). I don't blame them at all because they are just living their lives and not intentionally making any noise. We actually spoke to our upstairs neighbors, and they are very nice. They gave us their number for helping identify the source of the nosies. We were awakened by some random humming and banging noises during the night very often. We still can't identify the source. It was so random but loud. When they happened, the room was shaking sometimes. Check out the uploaded video. We live in a 2B apartment, and we use the secondary bedroom as a study. The room is close to the hallway, and I can hear what my next door neighbors are talking. I don't mind it so much. Just give an example of how not soundproofing it is. We want to transfer to another unit because we can't sleep well and moving is a big hassle. But we are still asked to pay ~7k to transfer to another unit. So we will just find another place.
WOW. Haven't lived in an apartment in over 20 years and was worried about noise, security, etc. NO PROBLEMS in that area. Pleasantly surprised at how happy I am here.
Very pleasant leasing agents. Move in process was quick and easy, apartment was mostly clean (a few wall markings from previous tenant and some slight damage to appliances). Would recommend!

Bell overlake is a nice community within walking distance to Microsoft. There are alot of nice amenities and it is a good value for the money. My apartment has a nice view which is quite enjoyable. The staff is very professional and friendly and maintenance requests get handled quickly. Overall I would highly recommend this community for modern apartment living.
It is hard to choose the best aspect of living at Bell Overlake, between the comfortable apartments, the amenities and the responsive and responsible management.

Bell Overlake has a caring property management and considerate neighbors. Although COVID-19 prohibits much of amenity usage, transactions are still well presented before execution. Services requests are fulfilled on time but wifi signal is weak in the lobby occasionally. Common areas are maintained tidy and clean. It is a nice and pleasant place to live over all.

Moving from a different state during COVID was difficult, but this staff has been so accommodating and friendly. Everything was available online to view and sign. It made the process headache-free! The staff was very knowledgeable and open to help out. I'm very happy with my decision to live here! Plus, the appliances are so great and the apartments are very clean/pretty.
While COVID has made everyday living change, the staff has been very accommodating and helpful during these times. I am very happy to be living here.
I wish I could give zero stars as I regret my decision to move to this apartment. Neighbors are extremely discourteous and play music till late night. Management is helpless as multiple complaints go unheard. Would discourage folks from moving into this apartment as it's costly and does not provide a good experience.
Beautiful apartments with lovely gray flooring and cabinetry, coupled with a spacious floorplan. My cat loves the floor length windows, and I love the european style so that they can be opened for air flow. The complex isn't very big, so it has a comfortable feel with not too much going on. Parking garage is even pleasant! Trevor and management are great so far, really looking forward to more community events in the future.
This is a very nice apartment complex with modern amenities. So far we are really enjoying our living in our apartment. The leasing and maintenance staff are very friendly and nice folks. The package delivery system is very modern and helpful. We also like the common area and the plaza alot. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment complex for modern living.
