If you're to head to the left of the foyer entry, you'll find yourself in a long hallway, with ample closeted storage space on your left, and a lovely wine rack and wine fridge on your right. As we head into each of the three bedrooms, they all include beds and bedframes, with their own full bathrooms inside each room. The bedroom to the right has a sliding glass door which leads out to the balcony, which also has a shower over tub. The other bathrooms in the home have shower stalls. If you're to head into the primary bedroom, you'll notice the tall ceilings, lovely molding, three large picturesque windows with ocean views, and a King bed. The primary suite has a large walk in closet, along with a spacious bathroom with double sinks and tile shower stall. Once the tenants are placed, the homeowner will manage the property themselves.
