We have a great rent to own opportunity - a large 3BR 2BA Mobile Home with a large kitchen and a cool "retro" look in a quiet community in the Chapel Grove area. The home has been renovated completely on the inside. Monthly payment is just $943 and the down payment towards ownership is only $1800! Based on your application we may be able to work with you on the down payment by breaking that up into smaller monthly payments. A security deposit is required and is based upon your application with the average deposit being equal to one month's payment. One or two small pets are allowed with an approved pet application for each pet. Additional fees apply including a $400 non-refundable pet security deposit and a $50/month fee per pet. Maximum of 2 pets allowed. No aggressive breeds or dogs weighing over 60 pounds are allowed, and we do not allow outside pets.
