This charming 3 bedroom/2 bathroom cabin sleeps 6 {3 queen beds and a queen-size sleeper sofa with 3 new 2"-3" memory foam mattress toppers if needed} and is located in the popular Arts & Crafts community of Gatlinburg.^ It is NOT on a mountain, so is easily accessible year-round by any type of vehicle! The driveway, with a new carport, can accommodate up to three standard vehicles. Although the cabin is a short stroll to many good shops and eateries {no sidewalk on actual street but new paved walking trail for safety/convenience about a block away at end of street}, free trolleys are available to take you to the downtown "strip". There you will find Ripley's Aquarium, Anakeesta, Space Needle, Sky Park, popular stores, delicious restaurants, moonshine bars, and various entertainment. The cabin is also conveniently located near the Gatlinburg Convention Center, the Gatlinburg Dog Park, the Ober Gatlinburg ski slopes, Dollywood, and Smoky Mountains National Park. Many guests simply park at the post office and grab a free trolley from there for wherever they want to go, including Rocky Top Sports World and Gatlinburg Community Center. The Center is open all year and offers many fun, affordable recreation options. This includes a large/heated/indoor swimming pool that is available from June to September. Be aware that Gatlinburg is extremely strict about DUI's and there is NO Uber or Lyft service. The free trolley service throughout Gatlinburg is highly advised for all guests wishing to go downtown for moonshine tasting or cocktails. There is a trolley stop within walking distance of the cabin for those who prefer to do no driving at all. Check-in {self, via lock box} can commence on any day of the week, if available. Check-in time is 4:00 P.M. and check-out time is 11:00 A.M. Eastern Time, OR guest can choose a 6:00 P.M. check-in and a 1:00 P.M. check-out. The later option must be chosen BEFORE the lease agreement is drafted. ^LOCATION: This cabin is located on Shields View Drive. For obvious privacy/security/safety reasons, we never disclose the street number to strangers over the Internet. It is, of course, specified on the lease application and agreement. Please look up distances to points of personal interest {downtown strip, restaurants, shops, attractions, buildings, parks, hiking trails, ski slopes, etc.} from the property's road. We are just not able to provide this type of concierge service, that includes answering questions about the weather, due to the high volume of inquiries we receive. Such messages are deleted. If your group will exceed this limit, you will need to book a different property or book an additional property. Please be aware that there are, of course, exterior cameras surrounding the property that document the ingress/egress of all occupants/pets. The violation of any rule will result in immediate eviction and/or forfeiture of all monies paid, including damage deposit. An extra monthly charge will apply if the total amount of persons stated in the signed lease agreement is increased. *PLEASE NOTE: The home can be rented month-to-month with no 6 month lease commitment {possibly longer if great tenant!} for $4,000 per month but occupancy must commence on May 1st. Rents are FIRM. Standard first month, last month, and posted REFUNDABLE security/damage deposit required prior to occupancy. Strong references, or CIA, and signed lease agreement with government-issued photo ID also required. Existing WiFi/cable television {4 flat screens} packages and landscape service included. Tenant pays for {reimburses owner} water and electricity. There is also a non-negotiable $200 professional departure cleaning charge and a non-refundable $100 flat fee for each dog {if applicable}. There are no utility accounts, etc., that need to be opened with a large deposit, since everything conveniently remains in the owner's name! Sorry, sub-leasing is NOT permitted so all inquiries from realtors and property managers are deleted/blocked/reported.
