About This Property
3 Story Townhouse available for rent beginning February 1st! Located in NW Rochester near Costco. Two bedrooms and a full bath upstairs, living room - with a gas fireplace, kitchen, half bathroom and patio on main level, and bedroom with storage, laundry room and 2 car attached garage on the lower level. We have loved living at The Brittany's - management has been wonderful, and our end unit has a beautiful view out the bay windows over a field. Located right next to a walking trail, on a quiet street. Located close to bus routes, it's about a 15 minute commute by bus to downtown. Neighbors are great! We decided to buy a home, and need to get out of our contract early, so we are looking for someone who wants to live in our particular unit. Utilities are not included in rent. Management requires that you sign a new contract for one year. After one year you are given the option to renew with a shorter term lease. We are willing to pay the $600 rental deposit fee for someone who is approved and moves into our apartment sometime in February. (Note, the photos we used are stock photos given to us by The Brittany's, the flooring in the dining area (picture with the bay windows) is laminate, not carpet, in our particular unit. Huzzah for that.) Also, to help with FAQ: the no-pet policy is firm and any new tenant must sign a lease for a minimum of 1 year. The application fee is $35 per adult. This housing is not approved for title 8.
