The façade is adorned with soffit and landscape lighting to accentuate the details and create a glow to the home at evening. THE ENTRY: The entry foyer is breathtaking. You'll be greeted by oversized etched marble flooring, designer chandelier and a radiused wood staircase wrapping upward to your right. The curved stairs are graced with a custom iron and wood railing and feature a second chandelier (by the way, there is a third chandelier just beyond in the living room and all three are installed on motorized lifts for ease of maintenance). The stair tower is enhanced by windows and vertical stacked split-stone that creates texture elegance. Directly ahead, the living room is graced with a soaring curved wall of glass overlooking the stone patio and porches, the infinity-edge pool and spa and the glass rail that separates the property from the lake and golf course beyond. Additionally, the living room features a stone fireplace rising some 24-feet to a hand-crafted ceiling and molding details and exquisite trim.
