Property Ratings at 306 Queen Anne
I’ve lived here for the past 6 months and it’s really nothing special. Rent is probably the cheapest you’re gonna get around here but you get what you pay for. Maintenance is horrible. The elevator was broken for 4 days, and lastnight we had a very serious leak so bad it leaked from the roof, to the 6th, 5th and 4th floor and caused flooding. I called maintenance and they told me “they were aware” it got so bad I couldn’t wait around anymore and had to call the fire department. If I hadn’t called the fire department I’m not sure how much worse it would have gotten. Maintenance showed up 2 hours later only after the fire department had already gotten the water shut off and the situation under control. Water was shut off and they waited until the next day to fix the leak. I have pretty serious damages to my personal belongings but they’re not even offering reparations.
Set up an appointment to view studios at this property. The salesperson (named Parker) did not show up to the appointment and wouldn't answer her phone. Very unprofessional & extremely rude. Wasted a solid hour of my day. If you're not going to keep an appointment, at least have the courtesy to call and cancel before wasting my time.
