Take the elevator to the beach room, level with The Strand, to lounge on the patio with a peaceful sea, sand, and sky view. Step across The Strand and you’re on the beach. The home is ideally located, walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops, but far enough from the traffic and activity. Or stay indoors and enjoy the bubbling blue waters of the spool—a hybrid pool and spa. Close the louvered screens for a private experience, or let the glass doors disappear, blending indoors and beachfront, while friends mingle at the bar or in the living room. The first three floors are exceptional, but the lower floor offers world-class extras. This level is dedicated to diversion, with a nine-person movie theater, two wine closets, and a pro gym.
