The Irvin is an excellent apartment building

The Irvin is an 11-story historic budget hotel on the edge of Chelsea in New York City. It's been recently converted to a number of high-end condo units. Some own their units and others rent. Since moving into the apartment in early 2015, it's been a joy living here. It's one block from Penn Station, which makes public transportation very convenient. The in-building laundry room was recently renovated, and there's even bike storage and rooftop deck. I highly recommend checking out this place if you're looking for an apartment in Chelsea or Midtown West.
