Mold in my apartment for months. Transferred 3 times in the same year. Humidity 84% constantly. Maintenance team threw away my belongings and acts like it’s not their fault. 0/10 would recommend.

It has been great. Real quiet and good location with so much stuff in walking distance. The washer and dryer and dishwasher and microwave and all the amenities have been perfect.

The apartment and amenities are nice. A bit frustrating at times when we can’t get a response to our questions, so we need to go to the front desk to ask in person. Our floors hallway also seems to have a bad smell.

30Six Noda is in such a great location next to many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and most importantly the light rail! They host great events and the building is always pristine.

30six Noda has been amazing so far. Would be nice for the amenities such as the pool table and shuffleboard to be usable. Pool sticks are all broken and there is no sand on the shuffleboard.

The complex is nice the only issue we have had is the basement with the trash not being consistently picked up and many other residents on the bottom have talked and asked us about it. I do like the complex and the community activities. The workout room is one of my favorite a place to rewind and get a good fitness day in!

I’ve lived in a lot of apartment buildings in different states and this is my favorite! Great amenities, great staff, residents are mostly young professionals, and people actually go to the apartment events (which are incredible and support local businesses). The apartment decor is work from local artists and the location is AMAZING. The complex is the light rail stop and you can walk to all of the bars and restaurants in NoDa! Would highly recommend!!

I have lived here for multiple years and have enjoyed all of it. Two different floor plans and two totally different views. The modern feel and monthly events remind you that you’re a part of a community. Also, the continuous upgrades are always something to be excited about.

I love the location! You can walk so many places and feel proud of your neighborhood. The clubrooms inside 30SixNoDa are beautiful! Great to have a change of scenery while working or entertaining. Most important to me is how pet friendly the apartments are. For this dog lover, that sold me almost 2 years ago. The staff - Sam, Ebony, and Vercy are so kind, helpful, and understanding - I feel so comfortable with going to them at anytime. Maintenance staff... I don't know how they do it! They are so responsive and efficient when they need to work on anything you may need within your apartment.

30Six NoDa is an amazing place to live! We have thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our new community since we moved here 2 weeks ago. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive to every need we have had. The apartment is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for in a home. The amenities are top notch and the resident events are second to none. Plus, you can't beat being walking distance from all the restaurants, shops, and nightlife here in NoDa! If you are looking for the best apartment community and experience in Charlotte, I highly recommend making 30Six NoDa your home.

In regards to the renewal increases, we certainly understand your frustration, but please know that our renewal rates are actually only being brought up to that of the current market. This is something that the housing industry is facing nationwide and something we are all having to adapt to at this time.

This is the best and only option you should be looking at for apartment living in NoDa! Apart from the building being cleaned and well maintained on a daily basis, the staff is professional, attentive and helps with any issue that may arise in a timely manner. Not to mention this property has the convenience of NoDas best restaurants and storefronts being literally in the building itself or within a 5 minute walk.

Amazing community! Doesnt look like your average cookie-cutter new apartment building. Pros: Common areas and amenities are gorgeous and well maintained. Great walkability and access to the best of NoDa (Wooden Robot, Jenis, Idlewild, Crepe Cellar, Haberdish, Spoons, Amélies, etc). Beautiful finishes in apartment. Top notch staff! Everyone in the office are the best! Great sense of communitygreat neighbors! Cons: Can be noisy if you are on the freight train side. Maintenance in hallways and stairs could be better.
