Wonderful staff. The entire facility is well-maintained and welcoming. This location cannot be beat. The gym's equipment could be updated, but literally nothing poor to say about this place - love living here!
I just moved in last week but the move in process was easy and all the staff have been very friendly and helpful.
There was several items wrong with the apartment on day one but Sam was amazing and took care of those asap! Can’t wait for warm weather and the pool.

Disappointed in the realities of using certain amenities such as the luxer package room, guest parking, and maker space that make the high cost of rent feel overpriced due to the loss of “luxury” feel from the inconvenience of being unable to easily use advertised features. The positives are that the apartment staff are really great and do their best to explain policies outside of their control and help fix issues as much as they can. The tall ceilings in the apartments themselves are nice for making even smaller square footage units feel much larger. The community spaces are always clean and well maintained, not to mention the convenience of daily trash valet. All my fellow residents that I’ve met so far are incredibly friendly and it genuinely feels like a great community to be a part of, especially with it’s proximity to North Davidson attractions and the light rail stop.

Unfortunately, we’ve been waiting on a part that’s on backorder, and there have been issues with the magnetic strip, but it should be fully operational soon. It’s great to hear that the staff has been helpful and that you’ve had positive interactions with your neighbors. We hope the team can address these issues and improve access to amenities to match the high standards set in other areas.
The management staff has been warm, welcoming, and helpful. The facilities and amenities are well thought out, and well maintained, and the location can't be beat for accessibility to both NoDa and public transit.

The apartment and amenities are nice. A bit frustrating at times when we can’t get a response to our questions, so we need to go to the front desk to ask in person. Our floors hallway also seems to have a bad smell.

30six Noda has been amazing so far. Would be nice for the amenities such as the pool table and shuffleboard to be usable. Pool sticks are all broken and there is no sand on the shuffleboard.

The complex is nice the only issue we have had is the basement with the trash not being consistently picked up and many other residents on the bottom have talked and asked us about it. I do like the complex and the community activities. The workout room is one of my favorite a place to rewind and get a good fitness day in!

I’ve lived in a lot of apartment buildings in different states and this is my favorite! Great amenities, great staff, residents are mostly young professionals, and people actually go to the apartment events (which are incredible and support local businesses). The apartment decor is work from local artists and the location is AMAZING. The complex is the light rail stop and you can walk to all of the bars and restaurants in NoDa! Would highly recommend!!

I love the location! You can walk so many places and feel proud of your neighborhood. The clubrooms inside 30SixNoDa are beautiful! Great to have a change of scenery while working or entertaining. Most important to me is how pet friendly the apartments are. For this dog lover, that sold me almost 2 years ago. The staff - Sam, Ebony, and Vercy are so kind, helpful, and understanding - I feel so comfortable with going to them at anytime. Maintenance staff... I don't know how they do it! They are so responsive and efficient when they need to work on anything you may need within your apartment.

I just moved in a week ago and so far everything has been great! The pool & gym are wonderful, my apartment was clean and ready for move in. The leasing office team has been available each time I needed them during their office hours

30Six NoDa is an amazing place to live! We have thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our new community since we moved here 2 weeks ago. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive to every need we have had. The apartment is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for in a home. The amenities are top notch and the resident events are second to none. Plus, you can't beat being walking distance from all the restaurants, shops, and nightlife here in NoDa!
