Property Ratings at 310 at Nulu Apartments
The maintenance crew is very rude and unwilling to help even in the case of emergencies. The upkeep of the complex as a whole is unsatisfactory. The neighborhood is very unsafe at night. I was approached by gang members multiple times. I would tell anyone considering this property to look elsewhere.
