Monthly lease includes access to all the facilities of the Clubhouse, golf course, and tennis courts. Cable TV, Internet, water, sewer, refuse removal, and a service fee and resort fees are included in the monthly lease payment. Electricity, gas, and golf course greens fees are the responsibility of the tenant. A six-month minimum lease, credit, and background checks are required. No more than two full-time tenants allowed. No pets. Security deposit, first and second months' lease payment, and move-out cleaning fee are all due when lease is signed.
