To the right is the bedroom, which features a NEW KING SIZE BED, a large window looking out to the marina, and a walk-in closet.There is a beautiful clubhouse, with an extensive lounge with a fireplace and a conference room. The lower level contains a full fitness facility, complete with spacious locker rooms and saunas. The heated pool and Jacuzzi overlook the marina through a glass windscreen for year-round enjoyment. Two lighted tennis courts are also part of this magnificent resort-like setting. Unspoiled local anchorages, resort-like amenities and a friendly, professional staff make Anacapa Isle a first-class marina to stay at!Patio includes a BBQ, firepit and heater. It also features patio furniture for seating for 14!One assigned underground secure parking.No pets.The home will be delivered to occupant in a professionally cleaned condition. Our property is professionally deep cleaned after every stay, and we're taking extra care to disinfect high touch areas between stays.
