Apartment is located in north Kihei, ocean just down the road. Great place for a respectful single person or couple. Lease is 6 month and will go on to a month to month after that. No smoking of any kind, no pets. Application and Background Check will be required. Utilities are $200 (wifi, gas, water, trash, electricity, GE Tax) Showings are possible with 48 hour notice.
