Its fenced yard is a whopping 7,920 Square feet; yes mowing of the yard is included in the rent! The yard is shaded with mature walnut trees. The two homes that share a fence line with 312 W Vine are also ours. In fact we own most of the block that 312 W Vine is on. The home itself is a one story over an unfinished basement. The full sized washer and dryer are in the basement. It is 1,088 square feet. The home has an open plan kitchen/living room. In addition there are two bedrooms with one having a nice walk-in closet. There is one full bath. The home is heated with a high efficiency gas furnace and has central air. Included in the rent also is weekly curbside trash and recycling pickup. Our office and our adjacent private tenant fitness center is just three blocks to the east. Spalding Park is a block and a half to the west and West Side Park is four blocks south. The heart of downtown Champaign is a five block stroll away. Major bus routes stops are a block away as are bike lanes.
