Max occupancy is 2 people. PLEASE NOTE: Rental price is for 91+ day tenancy. Short term stays (30-90 days) can be done but must be booked through Airbnb and will include local occupancy taxes and fees. Security Deposit will be due in full at lease signing on 91+ day rentals.
