The person renting the house must be 25 years old per the City of Palm Springs. The city requires an additional written contract, and renters must supply a copy of their government-issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles. A laptop computer is not included. The property offers fast Wi-Fi, making it suitable for remote work.
