Unlike most others, there are only 5 steps down from the ground level to the entrance making moving in and out easier. This unit has just been painted in a very soft beige color color which matches the tile in the dining area and spacious living room. The kitchen has newer range & oven, dishwasher and microwave and all of the cabinets have just been painted. Making the unit very clean and modern. Both of the bedrooms are large and will easily contain a king sized bedroom with extra furniture. The master bedroom opens to the patio which in turn overlooks the golf course (partially) and has a lot of privacy. Please notice that this unit has a LARGE two car garage which will handle two cars and and still have a lot of floor space. The rear door for the garage is only a few feet from the front door, so it is very convenient. Of all my owners, this one is one of the nicest landlord and is a real joy to work with.
