About This Property
Spacious 1 bed, 1 bath upstairs unit located in the heart of Stadium District. This unit has and updated kitchen and large living areas with hardwood flooring throughout. Private balcony and fully fenced yard with pets welcome. There is a shared laundry and lots of storage. Additional garage space is available at additional cost. Tenant required to have Tenant Liability Insurance or coverage will be put in place. 12-month lease term Applicants to verify all material facts including but not limited to room sizes, utilities, schools, HOA rules, community amenities, fees, and costs, etc. All Tenants are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package ( see below for more information ) MOVE-IN COSTS: A reservation fee equal to 25% of the monthly rent will be required to take the property off the market. This is due within 24 hours after approval and will be applied to your security deposit at lease signing. The base Security deposit is equal to one month's rent and can be more if approved with a pet and/or an Adverse approval. $75.00 a one-time lease administration fee $11.50/month tenant liability insurance or supply own $25/month Resident Benefit Package RENTAL CRITERIA: Please visit our website for our detailed rental criteria. More details upon application. APPLICATION POLICIES AND PROCEDURES VISIT THE PROPERTY: YOU ARE REQUIRED TO VIEW THE PROPERTY PRIOR TO APPLYING. We require all showing appts to be Pre-Qualified by answering a few questions and submitting a current Drivers License, or Government-issued ID. POINT SYSTEM: Applications are processed on a point system and scored based upon factors including, but not limited to: rental history, income, employment eviction history and credit score. If your application does not meet our minimum qualifications, an additional security deposit may be required. If your application is approved with less points, we do hold applications open for 60 days.
