The Timbers has recently "enjoyed" new roofs, new chimneys, new retaining wall, new parking lot lighting and much much more. 2025 scheduled upgrades include new exterior painting of all buildings, new chimney caps, a new gutter system, Timber Ridge Road excavation and rebuild, new crawlspace encapsulation & dehumidification and more!
