Each of our studio, one and two bedroom units are light, spacious and exceptionally clean. Additionally, we require COMPREHENSIVE BACKGROUND SCREENING, including credit check, rental history, income requirements and employment verification on all applicants so we can ensure our current residents that every new neighbor is conscientious and respectful of the property. OUR ENTIRE PROPERTY IS PET FREE AND SMOKE FREE (smokers will NOT be accepted. Our 2-bedrooms rent for $929 (for 2 people, $35 per additional person to a HUD approved maximum of 4 total residents) INCLUDING HEAT. These apartments are very light and spacious (approximately 825 sq/ft.). They have a large kitchen with separate dining room, tons of cabinets and storage, walk-in closets, ceiling fans, a/c, and dishwashers. Each unit has assigned off-street parking and a large storage area. There is on-site laundry and bicycle storage, and we are on a bus line that's a quick ride to campus/downtown. The location is terrific as we're pretty much in the middle of everything with close access to shopping, banks, restaurants, nightlife, and downtown/campus. . .yet on a quiet, residential street. The 2 buildings (41 units total) and grounds are kept very clean and well-maintained, we take pride in offering you a comfortable home!
