Note there are three levels of stairs to get to the apartment's entry floor. This apartment is fully equipped for cooking with a Nespresso coffee maker. Enjoy luxury linens, premium Malin & Goetz bath products, and a smart TV with Roku for relaxation. The in-unit washer/dryer adds convenience to your stay. Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $300 fee. Family-friendly amenities such as Pack ’n Play, baby gate, and high chair are available upon request for an additional fee. A 24/7 concierge team is available to assist with additional cleanings, maintenance, or local recommendations. The West Village draws fashionable crowds to its designer boutiques and trendy restaurants. Quaint streets, some still cobblestoned, are lined with Federal-style townhouses and dotted with public squares. Notable venues include the Village Vanguard jazz club and the Stonewall Inn bar, site of the 1969 riots that launched the gay rights movement. The historically arty area also has piano bars, cabarets, and theaters. This property only allows a 6-month term minimum, up to 12-24 months. Furnished lease is preferred. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by the housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair. A laptop computer is not included.
