The kitchen and dining area are adjacent from one another for an easy transition between cooking and gathering to eat. The full bath has an in-unit washer and dryer combination. The primary bedroom is on the large side and has a good amount of closet space. The second bed is directly across the hallway. There is durable laminate flooring throughout (no carpet to contend with!). No need to venture too far from home if you are looking for a great place to eat or drink. There are plenty of great establishments within 3 blocks of your front door, including the likes of The Observatory and Montavilla Brew Works. For public transit, the 15 and 20 bus lines are within two-tenth of a mile from your front door.
