There is the option to have the townhome come partially furnished. All appliances are included, washer and dryer machine as well. Heating is forced hot air, cooling is central air, hot water is a tankless hot water system. Minimum lease term is 12 months. First month will be pro-rated. Pets are allowed for an additional $25/month. Smoking is not allowed. Utility and electrical costs (water, gas, electric) are not included. Internet and TV cable is available but costs are not included. Lawn maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, and trash is provided and included in base rent.
