About This Home
3 Nice sized bedrooms + 1 Very Large Bathroom + Eat in Kitchen + Small back deck on 3 levels. When we buy a house for our rental portfolio, we only buy houses on quiet, clean, neighbor friendly blocks walking distance to the Harbor. This is an entire house rental. We price every property $200 below market to attract serious tenants who want a serious and professional owner and who in turn often stay a long time which is good for us. We are close to our tenants and the owner and maintenance team try to get to know tenants. We respond quickly and our team lives in the neighborhood. Location: One of the most central locations in the city - Quiet wide tree lined street that dead ends at the end of the block - This creates a block with low auto noise and very few random walkers. - Walk to University of Maryland (UMB/UMAB) - Walk to Inner Harbor and Orioles and Ravens Stadiums - Walk to night life and restaurants. - Central to both sides of the Harbor (Federal Hill side and Harbor East/Fells side) - Public Transportation close by - Easy access to 95 and 295 by car - Grocery store 4 blocks, Hardware store 10 blocks - Walk to two of Baltimore's Oldest Markets The house was remodeled a few years ago and repainted before the current tenant. Some features: - New light grey paint in most rooms. - Hardwoods and tile throughout (no carpet) - Very large bathroom with jet tub - Large vanity with double sinks - Separate shower - Laundry room - Easy street parking - Extremely quite dead-end block - Pets are on a case by case basis Some pictures in the kitchen show yellow but have been painted a nice light grey since.

Steeped in history and unique culture, Baltimore is among America’s most culturally-rich cities. Centuries spent as a major port city have contributed to a diverse mix of influences, resulting in the eclectic range of food and art found in Baltimore today. The relatively compact layout of the city makes life a bit easier for pedestrians and cyclists — it also means that, even though the city is home to over 600,000 people, it retains the feel of a much smaller community. The city’s neighborhoods display a huge degree of variety, ranging from rowhouses to high-rise apartments to charming suburban subdivisions.
It’s an excellent city for sports fans, with the Orioles and the Ravens representing Baltimore in the big leagues. The arts community is quite active in Baltimore as well, largely thanks to the Maryland Institute College of Art and the huge Artscape festival that draws thousands every May.
