The living room includes a sofa bed, providing extra space for guests without compromising comfort. With two well-appointed bathrooms, everyone can enjoy privacy and ease, whether you're traveling with family, friends, or colleagues. Parking is available for just $20 per night. The pool is open from May to September, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and access is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered, with additional guests available for an extra supplement. Located at National Landing, which comprises three thriving neighborhoods: Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard. You will have the best transportation network in the Washington, DC area, only minutes from downtown. It's within walking distance of Reagan National Airport, the Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations, and the Virginia Railway Express. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. Only one parking space is offered, and to avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space and display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. We do not provide washcloths. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property.
