Parking is available for just $20 per night, with only one parking spot available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Situated in National Landing, comprised of three thriving neighborhoods: Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard, this apartment offers the best transportation network in the Washington, DC area, only minutes from downtown. It's within walking distance of Reagan National Airport (one stop from the station), the Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations, and the Virginia Railway Express. The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The pool is open from May to September (from Memorial Day to Labor Day) and access is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered, with additional guests available for an extra supplement. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. Please park in the designated space and use your parking pass to park in the building garage. Only one parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
