Dirty and Ugly

This apartment unit its very poor when it comes to cleanness and overall everything. Tenants have to many pets, about 3 or more dogs in some units. They don't clean after their pets, they pee in the lobby, their poop is thrown in the lobby mail trash can, smells terrible and they don't maintain it on regular bases. When apartment need small things to be repair, like leaky faucets it takes them for ever to repair, now imagine bigger repairs! Rent increase every year by more then 8% can never speak to the owner only management. There's always men drinking on the entrance of the building. I really can go on forever, but it's just not worth it.
