Neighbor- Don’t let the price fool you. It’s cheap but ain’t quiet.
I live next to this building and mostly everyone is loud and always yelling and screaming. You’re going to want to keep your windows closed in your apartment during summer months because they are so obnoxious. I assume the loud ones are the ones who have lived there a long time. Don’t let the low price fool you. Come by any day/night and wait outside for 20-40 mins and you’ll hear someome yelling or honking their car horn for 7 minutes.
