Tenant is reponsible for their own lawn upkeep and care. Designated parking area for 2 vehicles that must be registered and insured. Date Available: September 1, 2024 $2800/month rent. $2800 security deposit required and $300 per pet deposit. Pets must be non-aggressive and must present updated shot records.
