The third floor boasts a king bed with a huge walk-in shower and another queen bed with a shower/tub combo, along with a Whirlpool washer/dryer. The property includes a two-car garage and free street parking. Uber, Lyft, and taxis are also available for a very short ride to Downtown Broadway. Located in the established West End, this home is in close proximity to nearly everything Nashville has to offer. Walk to Centennial Park, Vanderbilt University, The Parthenon, and West End restaurants and shops. It's only 2.5 miles to Broadway in Downtown Nashville, where all the bars and honky-tonks are located. Guests will self check-in upon arrival. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee starting at $150, subject to scheduling. This 3-story home has many stairs, and guests will need to use stairs during their stay. The elevator is turned off and not for guest use. The home is not childproofed, so please supervise children at all times. The property is not rented to locals who live in Nashville or within 120 miles, and reservations may be canceled without refund if booked by locals. A lot of care has been put into this home, and we expect guests to respect the property and neighbors. This home is equipped with an August Smart Lock for added security. Guests must be comfortable with technology and using an app on their smartphone to enter the home. The August Home app will need to be downloaded and set up prior to arriving to avoid delays at check-in.
