Don't fret, you're only a short Uber drive downtown to the action, and a quick walk over to Forsyth Park. Beyond the quintessential southern exterior, you'll step into The Benjamin, with a totally different vibe inside. This bungalow has been completely renovated and furnished with tasteful decor, bright colors, and a selfie wall - bachelorette certified! The open floor plan is an entertainers dream, as you'll have plenty of space to spread out, gather together, play games and never feel separated from the rest of the group. Whether you're whipping up your "famous" cocktails, or preparing a home cooked meal, you'll have everything you need in the well-equipped kitchen. Down the hall, you'll find the powder room, where you'll find a surprise - Mr. Benjamin Franklin himself! Just down yonder, the first guest suite is fitted with a plush queen size bed, and a wardrobe rack for all of your posh outfits. In-between both suites, you'll find the extremely spacious full-size bathroom, that features an elegant quartz dual vanity, with an ample amount of counter space and a shower/tub combination. At the end of the hall, the second guest suite additionally features a queen size bed, dresser and even a standing desk - perfect for those who need to get some work done! Out back, the true oasis awaits - Bamboo acts as a privacy barrier from neighbors around and you'll forget you're even in the city! The deck is equipped with a fabulous pergola that can be open or closed, to keep you out of the sun even on the hottest days. Whether you're gathered around having a morning cup of coffee, an evening glass of wine, or grilling out, everyone will always have plenty of space. What is parking like for this home? Non-metered Parking - This unit has free, on-street parking right outside the front door. Availability will depend on time of day and season. Our guests have not reported trouble parking near the home, even on the busiest of weekends. Sleeping Configuration: Bedroom 1: Queen Size Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Size Bed We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $250 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 70 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.
