Looking for a second housemate to share this single-family home. The property is a 10-15 minute drive from Center City and is situated right across the street from Campbell Square Park. I have furnished the entire house including a queen size Ikea mattress and bed frame for the bedroom. The room is the largest of the three in the house. It has a private balcony with a pleasant view of church steeples along with a large wardrobe and bedside cabinet. The bathroom is in the hallway right next to the bedroom which would be designated as a private bathroom for the renter of the room. The house is equipped with high speed internet, a tv, a washer and dryer, and all the other standard household appliances. There is plenty of space in the basement to store any items you do not want to keep in your bedroom. There is also a small backyard with a tree, gravel garden, and picnic table. $750/mo (Utilities: Shared)
