Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by the housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair.
