Property Ratings at 3245 N Oakland
I've had a positive experience living at 3245 N Oakland in Milwaukee. The managers are incredibly responsive and easy to work with, ensuring that maintenance requests are handled promptly. The proximity to both the bus stop and UWM is incredibly convenient, making commuting hassle-free. Overall, it's been a comfortable and well-managed living environment that I would recommend to others.
My heat broke twice in winter!! It took them 2 weeks to fix it each time while the weather was in the negatives. Most of the appliances are also very rust, old, and unreliable.
This building is perfect for college students. It is only a short walk to campus and popular restaurants great for hanging out with friends. It is also close to several bus stops so you can access the whole city without having to walk far. The maintenance staff is quick and easy to contact. The building is filled with fellow students. It's like being in the dorms without the close quarters, monitored hallways, and mandatory floor meetings!
This two unit house was recently remodeled. The inside is huge with many great amenities. There is a washer/dryer on the first floor, dishwasher, garbage disposal, new flooring, outlets galore, etc. The house is visually perfect. However, the landlord is looking to empty your pockets.
