The recently renovated Normandy Approach is a beautiful marriage of a traditional lake house design with modern and contemporary dcor to create a cozy and relaxed setting topped off with large, breathtaking views of Lake Norman. This amazing two-level waterfront homes is centrally located by land and water to some of Lake Norman\'s fine restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues. The open living and dining area on the main level is the perfect gathering area with a mesmerizing Lake Norman back drop. There is a king bed and a queen bed on this level, each with their own ensuite bathroom. The huge deck overlooking the lake offers the perfect spot to take unwind with stunning views, a hot tub, additional spaces to dine, or simply read a book. On the lake level, you will find another inviting living area, coffee room, two full beds with an ensuite bath, and a bunk room with 2 twin- over-full bunkbeds with a private bath. Once you exit through the walk out, you will find an awesome screened in gathering area with a ping pong table. The newly built pier has an oversized covered dock as well as a sunning area that will be the ideal place to be while enjoying swimming and lake activities with family and friends. The boat slip has an easy entrance should you decide to take full advantage of your Lake Norman vacation experience and rent one of our boats. The fireplace(s) in this home are not functional and for aesthetic purposes only. The boat lift at this dock is NOT accessible for renters, boats can be tied to the side of the dock. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. Normandy Approach is located within minutes of an abundance of shopping, dining and entertainment options, 15 miles from Davidson College, 30 miles north of downtown Charlotte, and 45 miles from Winston Salem.
