There is also a common area (in the pictures) and a gym in the building (no pictures). EV charging station. You would need to pass a background check (credit + criminal). The rent is $3050. To move in, you need to pay first month + deposit (equal 1 month rent). Lease is 1 year. Cats and small dogs are okay. Pet fee non-refundable deposit of $200 per pet. But no monthly rent for pets. Available now. Great location. Right next to Valmont mountain bike park, bike trails to take you anywhere. Nearby also dog parks and walking trails to downtown Boulder.
