Unheated pool & dirty laundryroom
The swimming pool is too cold to swim in because there is no pool heater. Laundry rooms are dirty and parking is Impossible. Lots of litter on property.

Rent increases and poorly managed
They advertise thst there is a manager on site although there is not. My car hss been broken into twice in my carport in one year. 8 people next door in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom Ptment so hard to do laundry Nd garbage over flowing. Outdated apartments.
