Pests and Rodents infested

The owner of this building is a cheap landlord to tenants after a lease. For years the building has had rodent problems and coaches. When maintenance is required the Super is never available or the landlord can’t afford to fix them. Keeping the building clean is terrible. They never actually clean the floors but instead just use a cheap solution that smells up the halls. Trash is always in the entry ways and locks seems to break every month. Tenants are forced to watch their backs from the drug dealers on the porch drinks and smoking into the night. Avoid renting a single apartment from here.

Don't wait!

I have a one bedroom apartment with a lot of space for all my "things" and it is near to the city. Unfortunately it has declined in up keep and the tenant population has changed for the worse. I have been looking for a new apartment for several years now and have learned one thing to be true, if you snooze you loose. I waited and kept looking at an apartment that seemed right for me. I said, well may be if I wait I'll see something better, may be they will come down on the rent. Well, I am sure you know what happened Nothing better ever compared and of coarse they went up on the rent. If opportunity knocks answer even if you think your not prepared, oh don't we all like to be prepared and in control ( bull! we control nothing and never are prepared for anything in this thing we call life) it is just an illusion. TAKE THE PLUNGE GO FOR IT , truth is you can"t loose that is what opportunity is about.

My apartment.

My apartment is very spacious and home like. We just moved in therefor I cannot write too much about my new home because im still getting to know it but overall a great area and apartment!
