This cute little place was here before Tiny Houses were a thing. It is fully furnished, complete with towels and bed linens. We'll even set you up with starter supply of paper supplies, coffee and fire wood! It's small but mighty inside. Full size range and fridge, stackable washer/dryer. Extra room (was a large closet) that works as cozy sitting area or private workspace. Free Wifi and USB charging included. Located across the street from Millersville University Campus, a short walk to Cactus Cafe (Coffee!) House of Pizza, Jacks Family Tavern, and Phantom Power. And short drive to downtown Lancaster and Amish Country. * * There is outside space available to chill complete with firepit and propane grill. Sit back in under the shaded canopy of many trees. The yard area is shared with the main house (separate building) on the property. * * You'll have the whole studio (detached stand alone tiny house) to yourself. It is best suited for one or two adults sharing a Queen Bed. but if you have an occasional guest, there is a small love seat that folds out into a single bed. There is a keypad for no contact entrance, you will receive a unique code for the duration of your rental. * * Nothing but 5 star ratings on Airbnb (523 ratings averaging 4.94) since opening in 2021. however, Millersville Borough has made it very difficult to permit short term rentals so this place is now available as a midterm rental (30 days or more). If by chance there is a problem, we are only a couple minutes away and will address it quickly.
