The office ladies are super nice and helpful. The maintenence crew turns over often, so things get fixed very slowly. Lots of upkeep needed to get that high quality living it's reputation once held.

This is ABSOLUTELY the WORST ("luxury") community living situation I have ever experienced in more than 50 years of my life!!! Management is held accountable for NOTHING! They DO NOT respond to requests for assistance, provide followup, and make promises with no intent to fulfill them! There are numerous accounting errors in my monthly payments which I have asked to be addressed...but will seek outside assistance to resolve! This place is a NIGHTMARE!!!

I love the trees and plants on the property. I love the elegance of the entryway and elevators. I love the peace and quiet of my 4th floor. I love both the friendliness and politeness of many residents, and also the anonymity of a large apartment building.

These are beautiful air-conditioned, and spacious apartments, in which the managers and management company have turned over way more than my liking. Every time that happens, I feel the need to explain the issues I’ve had with my apartment.

It seemed to be such a nice and luxurious apartment when I toured the place. But when I actually moved in the unit, things broke apart everywhere. A severe issue of the unit itself was noted the night I moved in that I wasn't able to live in it for almost 4-5 months until it finally got fixed by the maintenance team. Been paying the full rent, since the community manager kept promising that it would be fixed soon, or I could transfer the unit or break the lease, and I would be compensated for all the inconvenience when the issue was resolved. However, then the community manager left the company. The regional manager refused to make up for this, or even admit it's their fault. For people who are considering living here, some "minor" issues during my move in process... - When I got the key the first day I moved in, the community manager couldn't even open the door using the key. Something's wrong with the lock of the unit. - The dryer didn't do the job. It didn't dry your clothes. - The shower leaked water. - The balcony door can't be locked. I think it wouldn't be difficult for people to break in the unit through that door. Again promised to be fixed a few times, but never fixed. Other issues noted during my limited time here. - Cockroach in the hallway or unit. - The package left in the mailroom was stolen. The security camera couldn't tell who took it, what's that for then? - The emergency off hour phone number doesn't work, if anything happen outside the office hour, call the police. - I've got emails about car break-ins. Also FYI, there's no cell phone signal at all in certain units, have to use the Wifi-calling. Also no microwave for a luxury apartment. Just to be fair, there's also good things about this apartment. - Very quiet neighborhood - Nice club room with the pool - Food delivery and most of the packages can be left right outside your unit

If you're looking for an apartment that feels like a home, look no further. 33 North has beautiful and spacious apartment homes with covered parking in a beautiful setting close to a dog park and walking trails. Walkable to a market and local eatery. The rooftop grills and patio space are convenient and fun to gather with neighbors and friends.

Don't expect management to respond to any off hour emergency. They don't answer the emergency number and most likely you won't be able to leave a message either. They do not inspect apartments for needed repairs before a new tenant moves in, the new tenant needs to take care of that themselves and report it to management and then be inconvenienced in arranged a time to let repairmen into the apartment.

The managers have changed at least seven times since Ive lived here. In addition the building was sold, and the management company changed as well. That company went through a bunch of managers and regional managers Ive lived here for five years. The problem with these changes is you get no continuity. For example the previous tenant raised a puppy. Over time spots emerged from the pad that looked like dog excrement. I want the carpet replaced. They just want to clean it. They claim its not their problem. Its the previous owners problem.
This place seemed a lot more nice when I first moved in. Now the elevators are often broken or held up by other tenants, the trash room is a mess, packages dont get delivered, appliances and maintenance requests go unanswered for weeks. Maybe its because of covid. I just dont know.
It has been a pleasant experience living here especially with the new owners and management.
Very Caring and professional staff. More so than other managements I have experienced at this building and elsewhere.
The team of Tony, Gary and Hailee make living here pleasant because they not only care about the property but also the Issues of the residents. ConaAm is lucky To have these lovely people.
Incredibly good apartment facility.
I just toured this apartment, on the way to the apartment I passed not only the bail bonds, but also the jail. As we walked up to the apartment, a guy asked my father if he could hump me, and followed us into the apartment. As a woman I would not feel safe living here!
I was looking for a two bedroom and stumbled across these places. I was really surprised on how big they really are. I'm Really thinking about applying once I check out some other places. The person mandy who showed me a few units was extremely knowledgeable and very sweet. If you are looking for a unique place to live check out this place.
*BEWARE!!!!!!! *The trash I pay for is never picked up *The elevator is almost always down. Since moving into this unit it has been quite a tribulation; sewage flooding, major crime, my child finding a razor blade left on the floor from the vendors, and other residents stating this unit has flooded 4 times before my incident. I wouldn't want anyone living in this unit until the habitual plumbing issues are fixed. Greystar knows this would require an extensive and pricey construction project, to resolve the problem. I have had an habitual plumbing issues due to an error in the construction of the plumbing when building the apartment complex, causing a kink and for my unit to flood with grey water. I was unable to enter my home for a week and a half while the vendors (remediation company) replaced everything that had been flooded. When I had spoken to the Property Manager, I was told I would have to file my renters insurance to get a hotel to live in while they were working in my home. When I had told her this is incorrect and nonsensical, since Greystars insurance company is paying, she refused to put me in a hotel. She offered an empty unit on-site and told me to camp out but to be aware there would be occupants coming to do laundry in the unit at 9 pm. Then I was told to find a friends house to stay at after I explained I am a single mother and would not live in a vacant unit without furniture. After fighting the above, I was finally put in a guest unit on another property in Larkspur. Rarely receiving updates during this time, so I didn't know if I was going home or not, which was very stressful considering my familial situation.

The apartments have beautiful finishes and are generally on the quiet side. The complex is truly out of place compared to the surrounding neighborhood. As you move further up the hill, the apartments and houses tend to be on the lower income side. The management staff is not very helpful and will most likely not be in the office when you need to speak with them. They have poor customer service and do not return your phone calls. We received our renewal for our lease 3 weeks before out lease was actually up. This only happened because we basically had to harass the staff to get back to us. Turnover is on the higher side and the management company could not care less.
Living in this newly built apartment complex in Marin County is wonderful for so many reasons... 1) Convenient: Situated right off of Highway 101, It's easy to hop on the highway and head north to Napa for wine tasting or south to San Francisco for a night out in the city. Let's not forget downtown San Rafael, either - take one of two routes and visit the quaint downtown shops in under 5 minutes. It's also great for commuters - the Larkspur ferry is a 7-minute drive and there are bus stops within a 5-minute walk from the apartment. 2) New, Modern, and High-end: The spacious apartments are all brand new with hardwood floors, high-end moldings, stone countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Apartments feature views of the famous Marin County Civic Center, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. His sleek modern design feels like an extension of each apartment. On the rooftop, where tenant mixers are frequently held, take in views of all of San Rafael and the adjacent rolling hills. 3) Safe and Secure: You can purchase a private locked storage room for your seasonal items on your same floor for convenience. There is locked bike storage, a secure mail room, and the garage with gated access is well-lit. The staff are all very friendly; from the managers to the handyman - everyone is prompt and helpful. All in all, this is an amazing apartment complex!
This is the perfect building but we need most space because the rooms is very small. The commom areas are well maintained and the people work in the ofice is incredibly helpful. Carlos Campos
spacious 1 bedroom with huge well laid out living room. finally enough wall space to display all art works. especially quiet at night for super ZZ's. beautiful view of San Pedro "green"" hills from deck.
Spaciousness, state of the art amenities, convenience and a feeling of security. This is what my apartment building offers me in one of the most desirable counties in the country, Marin. From the rooftop patio, to the game room and gym, this building is the happening place for me and my friends.
