To qualify, your income must be 3 times the amount of rent in verifiable income, and have a good rental history. Based on your application you may be required to pay a double Security Deposit. Our rental applications can be found online at The application fee is $75 per single applicant and $150 for a two-party application. If your application is for a single applicant, be sure to enter your information again in the co-signer section, otherwise, the system will not allow you to apply with blank sections.
