A sliding patio door opens up to a private patio,which is connected to the expansive pool deck and health club. Down the hall there is a brand new washer/dryer in the built-in laundry room. The second bedroom can is also large and has its own bath,closet and storage/linen closet. There is also a walkout door for pool deck access. This public area includes two professional gas grills,dining area,outdoor fireplace,a huge health club with state of the art equipment and a new Pilates Reformer machine. The swimming pool is heated year around. There is a hot tub spa as well as saunas and steam rooms. It is an awesome space and just steps away from this unit. Parking is just outside the entrance to the unit.
