Property Ratings at 3311 at Vernon
~~DO NOT MOVE HERE~~ This has been the WORST renting experience ever! I signed a 1 year lease in January of 2021 before moving back to Texas, not even a week after moving in I was calling maintenance and setting meetings with the city's code enforcement officer which these apartments have seen a lot of. Old plumbing unsecured doors, and windows. The management changes every two months so nothing gets done! I've had several clerical errors on my ledger and it hasn't been rectified! If you have an option to go anywhere else please RUN
The complex is older so you do have normal issues with that. The staff is good though and will help as much as they can and as quickly as possible to get the issues resolved.
I always had good experiences with them, when there was a problem they would fix it within a day or so. AC never went out parking was always assigned to us. Good customer service.
