Property Ratings at 3315 SW 10th Ave
Served my about 1.5 years there, always paid rent on time, on rare occasion did I ask for repairs took care mostly by myself. I asked for pest control spray usually every 2-3 months never happened, bought and applied myself. Gave sufficient 30 day notice still paid last months rent, they took 30 days to return part of the deposit... Renter beware!
