All bedrooms are on the first floor, with sleeping arrangements as follows: a primary bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, a third bedroom with two queen-size beds, and a fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bunk bed totaling three beds. All linens and towels are provided, except pool towels. The kitchen is perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8 or more guests.
