Downtown Indianapolis is a true marvel of American urban design, and is rightly recognized as one of the stylistic gems of the Midwest. The grand architecture of the various government buildings and museums ranges from neoclassical to ultra-modern, creating a timeless and visually stunning environment. Huge monuments and war memorials punctuate the landscape as well – in fact, Indianapolis has more such public tributes than any city in America apart from Washington, DC.
Downtown features a thriving nightlife scene, mainly along Meridian Street and Massachusetts Avenue and incorporating an immense selection of bars, clubs, and live music venues for every taste. The dining is unbeatable, with world-class restaurants of every description within a short walk from anywhere and the popular Food Truck Fridays delivering more eclectic fare during the summer months.

Property Ratings at 333 Penn Apartments
This is the absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with! No return emails, no return phone calls. I even stopped by the office, and no one was there. I can’t believe they’re still in existence. Please cover everyone stay clear of this company. They are terrible, and the worst apartment leasing office in the entire country!
I loved living here! I moved out last November. If they had a 2 bed, 2 bath, I would have definitely stayed longer. This is the best location, best views ( I faced northwest toward the monument), and they did a great job preserving a historic building, but giving you a modern apartment. The only annoying thing was the windows not opening past floor 4 and the fire alarms. They went off all of the time, and the kind that speak "attention attention, there has been an emergency reported in your building". If they went off after hours, emergency maintenance had to come shut them off. It got to the point where no one left the building anymore because we assumed they were false alarms. Hands down the best quality for the money. A lot of the newer built apartments are not built great.
You cannot ask for a better location than the one you get at 333 Penn, and you also can't ask for a better price for said location(at least 10-15% cheaper than nearby counterparts). The building is old and very tastefully remodeled with great new appliances, nice cabinetry, actual granite countertops, and a washer/dryer in every apartment. And living here, you can walk to literally everything you'll ever need.
